Every year my friends and I celebrate "The Birthday Season". It is a completely made up season all to celebrate our birthdays. I have seven best friends and we have have all known each other since we were about 10 but some of us have been friends since we started school and others since birth!
There are four of us gals that celebrate our birthday,kicking off in June and ending in September. That wasn't so bad and manageable until the other halves and a few more became involved and now starting on Anna's which is June 10th,we have parties practically every week! (It must have been a seriously cold winter lol!)
We are all the same ages bar Aoife whose a year older (sorry ef!),so we all go through the trauma of getting older together. It is honestly something that I look forward to every year,we all get together in the birthday girl or boys house for some drinks,some food and then head out on the tiles!
By the time we are at our last birthday which is Jeans on September 13th,we are all so tired and in need of a weekend staying in,we are quite happy not to see each other until Halloween lol!
Some people call it summer,me and my posse call it "The Birthday Season".
